Honestly – I don’t have much for you here.. My company paid for a 3-day boot camp. Two eight hour days of learning and exam on the third day. About 70% of us passed, but overall I think it was pretty basic of an exam. Just memorize memorize memorize and you’ll pass like I did!

  • Csr – certificate signing request
  • Crl – certificate revocation list
  •  what does kerberos do? Network auth protocol
  • What is totp – time based one time password
  • Study up on federation. – multiple enterprises, access, similar to SSO, saml
  • RTO – decrease – recovery time objective
  • MTBF – mean time between failures
  • RPO – recovery point objective – for data backups
  • MTTR – mean time to recover
  • MTTF: mean time to failure
  • RA – recovery agent = puts private key into escrow
  • Pki – public key infrasturcture
  • X509 – certs
  • Pcl – printer protocol vul to mitm
  • Scp – secure copy protocol
  • 802.1x – radius or tacacs
